Refund Policy

At our salon, all services are carefully performed to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Please note that refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed.

If you are not fully satisfied with a treatment, we encourage you to inform our staff immediately so we can address your concerns and find a suitable solution.

Products purchased in the salon may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Please be aware that gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
